The Crying Woman made by M. B. Braun in 1730 is the tombstone of the sculptor’s mother in law, A. Miselius, and it depicts her grieving daughter (Braun’s wife). It is regarded as one of the most beautiful sculptures of the Czech Baroque. The cemetery in Jaroměř is also remarkable due to other sculptures.
